Becca left her hometown of Washington D.C. for our small city by the sea several months ago. Her suitcase was stuffed with “party skirts”, Tory Burch flats, lots of blazers and over 25 Lily Pulitzer dresses…many of them vintage. “I don’t take getting dressed too seriously,” says Becca. “That’s why I love Lily so much. You can’t take yourself seriously when you have orange elephants on your dress.” So just how much does she love Lily? She spotted her best friend on her first day of college because they were both rocking the preppy designer’s pants. “And when I introduced myself and she told me her name was Lily? I was sold!” But don’t be discouraged Portland. Though this fun and preppy dresser won’t be shedding her roots anytime soon, she just bought her first flannel last week.
