I bought these at Michael&#8217;s but another option is to cut up a vintage doily or lace ribbon.</p> <p><img src="http://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m4dmetOwJe1qbl5yo.jpg"/></p> <p>Before you get to gluing, you&#8217;ll want to place where you want everything to be on your shoe.
